Κrav maga became known in Greece in 1997 by mr. Ioannis Papavlachopoulos (master lvl1 head instructor in greece) in cooperation with mr. Tal Skornik (master lvl3 head instructor in Israel) still active instructor of Army and Police Special Units in Israel and Arik Goldenberg (master lvl 2)

Mr Ioannis Papavlachopoulos as founder and  head of organisation and developement  of the IHSA Krav Maga in Greece is the only one who can approve and sign patent related seminars, courses and exam levels that are recognised by the Israeli Defence Ministry.

Mr. Papavlachopoulos is the official representative of the Israeli Homeland Security Academy (IHSA) in our country. GREEK FEDERATION OF KRAV MAGA is the only association recognised by the Israeli Defence Ministry and has no connection with any other association.

Krav Maga is one of the fastest developing self-defense systems in the world.  It is already used from FBI, NYPD, US secret services and in most law enforcement agencies worldwide. All other martial arts instructors that have been involved with Krav Maga consider it as the most effective self defense system.

Periodically run open courses for people training in VIP protection and Combat Shooting in Israel, Greece and Bulgaria.
